Cancellation Policy
Travelers must ensure that they have valid passports, visas and any proper identification or travel documents. Travelers must make sure they carefully review their travel documents once sent to you for accuracy. Prices are per person and based on double occupancy. Prices are subject to change on airfare if not booked at time air prices are quoted. All payments must be made 90 days prior to travel date. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. We strongly encourage each one of our travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen emergencies. All payments without insurance is non refundable and non transferable. If for any reason you need to cancel your vacation please notify us in writing by email keyarnac@aol.com or via phone 240-694-5077. Name changes or any missed information that you did not provide to us at the time of booking airfare or will result in a $200 dollar fee. Late payments towards your package will also result in a $200 fee. We accept visa, Mastercard, American Express, after pay, affirm, and klarna.
